Honest, useful answers for overseas buyers evaluating FusenLink Global as a sourcing and supply chain partner.
What products can FusenLink source?
We coordinate sourcing across 15 industrial supply categories — production consumables, MRO, office, PPE, packaging, adhesives and tapes, lubricants and oils, automotive wire harness materials, heat shrink tubing, plastic / sheet metal / electrical components, automotive parts, modification parts and custom drawing-based parts. Our scope is intentionally focused on industrial and automotive supply rather than retail.
Can buyers send BOMs or drawings?
Yes. Send the BOM, drawing, sample photo or spreadsheet via our contact form. The form accepts PDF, XLSX, JPG, PNG, DWG, DXF, STEP and ZIP files up to 10 MB each. For confidential or large files, email them directly to info@fusenlink.com — we keep them on the project record.
Do you own factories?
No. FusenLink Global is a sourcing and supply chain management company. We coordinate qualified Chinese suppliers and factories on behalf of overseas buyers. This lets us match each project to the right factory rather than push every order through one production line.
How do you verify suppliers?
Supplier qualification covers legal entity confirmation, factory-versus-trader status, capacity match against the buyer's order size, export experience in the destination market, current certificates on file, and project-relevant references. We do not rely solely on online listings or unverified self-declarations.
Can you support ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 supplier requirements?
We coordinate with qualified suppliers and factories holding ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or other relevant quality systems where applicable. Certificates can be requested at the supplier qualification step and included in the shipment document package. We do not claim that FusenLink Global itself directly holds these certifications.
Can you consolidate multiple categories into one order?
Yes — this is one of the main reasons buyers work with us. We consolidate adhesives, MRO, packaging, PPE, custom parts and more under one container and one document set, reducing the number of suppliers and shipments the buyer manages.
Can you support OEM / ODM custom parts?
Yes. We coordinate drawing-based OEM production and existing-design ODM rebranding. Plastic, sheet metal, electrical and composite parts are within scope, including tooling coordination, sampling, pilot runs and ongoing production. See our OEM / ODM page for details on the workflow.
Can you export automotive parts or vehicles?
We coordinate auto-parts export for OEM-grade and aftermarket distributors. We also support new and used vehicle export programs where regulatory frameworks allow, with transparent handling of documentation and compliance requirements that vary by origin and destination market.
What documents can you coordinate?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (CO / FORM A / FORM E / etc.), bill of lading or sea waybill, insurance documents, quality and test certificates where applicable, fumigation / phytosanitary certificates where applicable, and destination-market specific paperwork. How fast do you reply to RFQs?
We aim to reply within one business day during our normal working hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00 GMT+8). For RFQs that involve technical clarification or supplier matching, the first reply contains clarifying questions and an indicative timeline; the full structured quotation follows within a few business days.
What information should buyers include in an RFQ?
The most useful RFQs include: product description and (where applicable) BOM or drawing; target specification, including any reference brand or part number; expected quantity and order frequency; target landed cost; destination market; required certifications or compliance; preferred Incoterm and port; and any time constraint. The more detail you share, the more useful our reply will be.
